One of the keys is to keep it in a simple, and logical way. You can write
down the answers for all of the major questions and practice by yourself and
with your friends. After several iterations, you may be able to refine/
revise them such that the answers are straight forward, easy to understand,

不能答非所问；
不能讲大话空话；
要有具体的例子（工作中的例子）来支持你的观点，也就是说即使没有，也要编出一个
