如果我自己花钱在亲戚的公司办了H1B，再去找工作会比没有H1B的人有优势吗？
据说H1B transfer和重申请一遍H1B是一样的，只是不用申请新名额了。但是，目前H1B名额还有很多，H1B名额已经不是限制了。不知道recruiter知不知道这个情况，如果知道的话，貌似有没有H1B也差不多的样子
请有经验的前辈指点！谢谢~ |

H1b has more limitations than EAD.

Use your OPT EAD to work for 29 months and gather enough experience, then
go to a good company and find mid-senior level job.

My suggestion is:
Dont give up EAD.
As long as you can extend it, just hold EAD. |

谢谢回复! 我也希望能尽量用EAD，不够要先有个工作才行，现在就是找不到工作。感
觉很多公司都不喜欢OPT的人。我就不明白 OPT和H1B现在也没太多区别了啊，毕竟H1B
名额用不完，随时申请都可以啊

citizens that are being looked for.
