I have a few questions about H1B applic form (sorry I can't type Chinese on
public computer).
"Date of Last Arrival (mm/dd/yyyy)" -- is this the most recent entry date
into US? Or is it the first entry into US? I remember I have been always
entering the 1st entry date in many other forms like tax forms and so on, so
I am not sure what to enter here.
Also, for "Current US Address", should this address match my home address in
other records (e.g. on tax form, driver's license)? Or can th | M**********n

Use your school address should be OK. For example, if you hire a
lawyer, the
address usually is the lawyer's address.

.g. will the card be mailed to me to the 'Current US Address" I enter on the
form? In that case, I should prob. use home address to be secure ba~~

With H1B application, you won't get any card. But you will receive an
approval letter with a new I94 form. The letter will be sent to
whatever
address you filled in the application form.
