Yesterday we just interviewed two candidates. The first guy talked a lot,
looks like a nice person, but not very technically strong. He sent us a
thank you note right after we walked him out. The second guy arrived at our
office right on time (almost late), but did well in interview, sounds
technically strong, looks confident at all time, did not write any thank you
note so far, but we already made a decision to extend him an offer. |
