正在pending的人有个心理准备，顺便积人品，求我的h1能够顺利approve！！
一共是5页纸的要求，都围绕的h1b specialty occupation
Job description: provde a more detailed description of the work to be
performed by the beneficiary for the entire requested period of validity,
including specific job duties, the percentage of time to be spent on each
duty, level of responsibility, hours per week of work, and the minimun edu,
training and experience necessary to the job. Also explain why the work to
be performed requires the services of a person who has a college degree or
its equivalent in the occupational field.
also submit a copy of line-and-block organiztion chart showing the
petitioner's hierarchy and staffing levels. list all divistions in the
company. show the names and titles for those persons.
Position: provide evidence that the position of XXX is a common position
required by similarly sized offices with similar annual income, also provide
evidence that the peditoner's competions normally require degrees in a
specific speciality of closely related psotions that of XXX
job listings: job listings or job adverstisment which must clearly show that
the employers who pubilished the job annoucements are similar to the
petitioner's org. more importantly, the listings must clearly show the
specific edu backgorund required to perform the duties of the proffered
position.
industry-related professional association: doc may be submitted to show that
an industry-related professional association has made a bachelor;s degree
in a specific speciality a requirement for entry into the field. provide the
minimum requirements and criteria used to apply for membership in the
associaiton in which the beneficiary claims membership

job vacancy annoucements.
~past employment practices:提供过去也hire过同等学历或更高学历的人的证据，这
个职位总共hire了多少个人，这些人都是什么学历的，什么方向的，还要提供这些人的
成绩单& pay records or quarterly wage report
~petitioner's prodcuts or services:such as copies of biz plan, reports,
presentation, evaluation, recommendations, critical revierws, promotional
materials, designs, blueprints, newspaper articles, web-site text, news
copy, photographs of prototypes
