还是GE global research center
说"there are some constraints around our financial system and the potential
candidates start date"
"If we made you an offer would you be able to accept the offer before Oct
xxth and start no later than November xxth"
我11月要回国的嘛……

应该给每个candidate都写了，你不能meet timeline 机会就低点。
