The goal here is to formulate a structured approach after an interview is
scheduled. And hopefully this can make the interview preparation process
more effective and less stressful.
TO-DO
* Produce a list of desired skills (list 1) by studying company Job spec
* Produce a list of YOUR skills (list 2) by studying your submitted CV
* Cross check list 1 and list 2 to generate list 3.
* Use list 3 as a guidance to prepare stories/examples/educations/
experiences.
* prepare questions to ask during interviews, the key here is to show
interests
* Cross check list 1 and list 3. Spend small time to know what they are
talking about.
NOT-TO-DO
* spend lots of time before interview on learning skills you do not have. | n*****y
