Job Purpose:
This role is for a mid level Analyst Programmer to work on the Credit
eTrading Development Team. The team is responsible creating a global,
strategic electronic trading system for client, broker and exchange trading.
Job Background/context:
We are an electronic trading technology team tasked with creating a
strategic global electronic trading system for cash and derivatives serving
client and broker markets. As a member of the team, the candidate will have
the opportunity to work with other highly motivated and skilled team
members, and work closely with business representatives in a fast paced
environment dedicated to delivering business value and to enhancing our
competitive edge.
Credit ETrading Technology is seeking a mid level Java server developer to
join a team working with the latest in distributed enterprise application
technologies, to help build out our electronic trading platform. The
developer will be focus on tactical and short term enhancements to the
various systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop enhancements to various components in credit eTrade
systems
Key Relationships:
• Work closely with other members of the eTrading team
• Work closely with Ion Trading Systems
• Work closely with traders to drive enhancements
Development Value:
This role would open career opportunities for the successful individual to
establish their profile in the Global Credit eTrading organisation and
within the technology community.
The credit desk trades cash and derivatives globally covering investment
grade, high yield and emerging markets. It provides an opportunity in
investment banking to work closely with the business to provide systematic
trading application solutions and to gain business knowledge of various
credit products.
Person Specification
Knowledge/Experience:
• Required: 4+ years of experience in developing distributed Java
server side applications
• Required: Strong grasp of fundamental computer science concepts:
data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and object oriented design
• Required: Bachelor degree in computer science or related fields
• Required: at least 1 years experience working in fixed income
eTrading:
o Ion trading systems
o FIX
o EMS/JMS
• Required: Experience with at least one of our client ECNs (
TradeWeb, Bloomberg or MarketAxess)
• Nice to have: Experience with FIX gateways Skills:
• Proficiency in core java
• Strong knowledge of Unix
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in computer science or related fields.

以前找工作的时候特别appreciate 这种机会..
再说了，据说有employee referral bonus可以拿。。
利己利人的事儿我最喜欢做了。。。:p
看着其实我自己比较合适/喜欢
可是刚进来总不能立刻就transfer吧？
requirement上总是要写几年几年经验
我的感觉是，只要background强，被考虑的机会总是有的。。
