-com, especially life in the workplace. If the situation is serious, no
amount of humor can diffuse it, the only way is to find out what's wrong and
work it out, if neither of the parties involved would compromise, you can
only expect a higher-up to come in and set things straight, that's all there
is to it. if the situation isn't serious, then it doesn't need diffusing to
begin with, does it? |
