。。。 since we will be preparing to file the H-1B petition in December (six
months before the intended start date). The goal is to get you in this
Fiscal Year's H-1B quota, as it is not guaranteed if you defer filing the H-
1B for next Fiscal Year, which begins on 10/1/2011. This would also mean
that you may need to apply for an OPT EAD card through your school to begin
employment in June, if the H-1B petition is not approved for this Fiscal
Year.
