My case: 2 weeks LCA + 2 weeks H1B + 2 weeks to receive the package
(package from USICS -> attorney -> Google -> me)
Totally 6 weeks.
Hence in your case, you would definitely be okay to start in Feb.

after get H1b.

以前只要3个星期全部搞定。LCA都不用单独弄啊
