面试机会，都是以什么借口去面试的啊？如果面试公司要做背景调查，会不会联系现在
的老板？总是觉得还没有找到合适的，也不确定拿到OFFER，如果这样被老板知道了不
太好啊。大家都是怎么办的啊。谢谢了。 |

发帖数: 1953 | 5 Don't worry about that if you just started the jobhunting process.
Background check only starts after you get the offer, and only
after you fill in a form to authorize them to perform the checking,
in which you can specifically ask them not to contact any previous
employer. Current employer will not be contacted by default.

发帖数: 264 | 6 thx, but i just got an onsite interview, going there tomorrow, but hr
already sent me a release form, to authorize them to do my background check,
they ask me to fill that out and bring them with me for the interview.

发帖数: 510 | 7 They will do background check after they decide to give you offer. They have
to pay the third party company to do it. |

发帖数: 1953 | 8 I know some HR people try to get you sign the release form earlier on.
Just ignore that and when you are on-site, politely tell them that you are
still collecting the contact info etc and will give them the form before
the next stage.
