我还发生这样一件事。
OPT还是在intern的公司做。有一次我出去玩，遇上border patrol，但我忘了带护照，
只有驾照，
被抓带去了，他们查查查查了很久，然后问我是不是在一间公司做intern。
好明显，公司或者学校？或者我也不知哪里没更新，他们的系统里还是显示我cpt时的
信息。
当然，最后我被放出来了……但在里面的半个小时，几乎是我人生中最可怕的半小时，
但我在想，如果当
时不是有工作，我是不是就被送回国了。

我记得有次参加international student office 举办的的讲座,期中有个律师提到,公
司在使用某
些visa employment的时候,要file一些paper work, 并且交一点钱(数额不多) to
qualify, 而且
数额是根据这种employment 的个数决定的.我不记得这种visa employment 包括不包括
opt了.

I read the website. Although it describes in detail the application process
of OPT, no
sentence mentions about the requirement for the company.
