这上面#3里面的“graduate course requirements”是指NORMAL GRADED COURSE还是还
包括
DISSERTATION CREDITS？也就是说对于PHD来说，前60个课程学分，还有后30个毕业论
文学分。这

完了，就差毕业论文答辩的情况。
