The company has around 200 employees, still a startup company
but financially healthy as what I can tell. A good english
communication skill is required. The company will sponsor H-1B
for highly qualified candidates. The salary range is mostly probably within
100k~120k with annual bonus around 10k based on
the company's and your personal performance. Stock options are
also available (not a public company). The company also offers
very good benefits.
