How to determinate if it is ICC? The HR was nice. I searched the company's website but could not find industrial information for example, products or patents.
Any suggestion? Thanks.

Their interview process is confusing, lacks transparency, and the HR groups
(all Indian in the US) provide no information and leave you constantly in
the dark. You’ll go weeks at a time without hearing anything. There is no
sense of urgency, and their corporate HR is comically poor. If you get an
offer, you'll be asked to sign acceptance, but receive no detail about
benefits or other information until well after you've started work. The
consulting division constantly points the finger at the Corporate HR and say
"we’re different", which is disingenuous at best; Corporate HR meanwhile
points back to the Consulting side. Progress goes nowhere quickly.
If you end up having to negotiate start dates due to their miscommunication,
they'll quickly rescind the offer. This is not the type of organization
that values experience and talent. Totally disorganized, rather clumsy and
unprofessional at handling senior-level candidates. (Unless you're an H1 or
L1, US natives are given lip service to become apologetics)

Indian run staff augmentation firm that has one strategy: Get the lowest-
priced candidate, don't challenge their credentials. The few non-Indians
there exists purely as apologists for the overwhelming majority of Indian
presence. Definitely not recommended either as client or consultant.
- Collabera Inc. formerly known as GCI should be screwed by US Labour Deptt.

These people are the biggest bastards and big time cheats. Their main fat
crook is Abhijit Pansare who ruins people's lives with a team of fuckheads
doing night shifts in India and posing as working from US. They are so bad
professionally as well as personally. Anyway, everyone has to pay for bad
deeds and so they have to. |
