I am currently holding H-1B visa. Plan to change my job. If I leave my
current employer and take two weeks off before I begin to work for a new
employer. What will my status during the two weeks? Could it be a risk?
Shall I begin to work for new employer without break once I leave current
employer? Thanks a lot.

then there are a gap between the two jobs. not good for your green card
application.
