labor application has been confirmed received at the DOL. There’s only one
more step to perform now which is to file the formal petition.
Offer letter states my starting date is next Monday (03/21), however I
really can't start until its following Monday (03/28) due to unfinished
project at the current job. So I talked with my hiring manager and she
agrees to change offer letter.
Now. We both don't know possible ramifications on my H1B visa transfer. Did
anyone experience similar situation before? Any suggestion would be
appreciated.

I am just afraid what if DOL or USCIS thinks that I am working for two
employers (based on legal docs).
