等background check通过以后。
请问，background check一般需要多久？没拿到书面offer以前不敢回绝其他的on-site
面试，又不想玩弄叫我on-site的潜在雇主的感情。

in the end. No worries. Just a matter of time. Meanwhile, unless you'r
extremely happy with this company, why not keep looking other opportunities?

发帖数: 510 | 4 我喜欢这个城市（我lg找工作容易些），也喜欢这个工作方向，估计H1B也没有问题，
所以我不太计较工资多少（在range里就行）。
另外有on-site，但是地点不理想，只是没确定offer前不敢放弃任何机会。
