Does the candidate wish to obtain permanent residency in the US? If yes, has the process been started and where are they in that process?
我现在的情况是F1，准备这个月开始办opt，也没开始申请绿卡。
1. 如果我这里填YES，会对opt申请产生影响么？我也不知道他们是不是同一个部门在办，
会不会可以互相看见信息什么的。
2. 如果我填NO，会有问题么？我担心会不会觉得我过两年就走了，export license不通过
呀~~
有没有谁填过的，有啥经验？

那我就准备写: YES, I wish to obtain the permanent residency, but have not
started the process.
昨天自己也查了一些相关的东西，opt和export license是不同的部门在弄。
