OPT(7月到期）。
不知道这样情况下是否能把H-1B的生效期改为5月。

Use OPT between May-July is better if you graduated.
I guess the only reason one would want H1 rather than OPT is he plan to
travel overseas between May-July and need a US visa stamp to return. |

Actually, I want to use H-1B for green card application (EB1A) as I think H-
1B is better than OPT in this case.
I have got I-129 approved. Now I want to move the effective date earlier as
I want to submit my EB1A application soon.

in China and file EB1 I-140. |
