Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories (MERL), in Cambridge, MA, is
having a few internship openings.
Position ID: DC451
MERL is seeking a highly motivated, qualified intern to conduct research in
the area of EM analysis. A background in computational electromagnetics and
microwave circuits is required. The ideal candidate should be familiar with
EM analysis with FEM, FDTD, RF coil design and microwave circuit design.
Experiences in Matlab, EM simulators, circuit simulators would be considered
an asset. Candidates who hold a PhD or in their senior years of a Ph.D.
program are encouraged to apply.

Job Description: MERL is looking for an intern to conduct research in the
area of RF circuit. The ideal candidate should have a strong working
knowledge of RF circuit theory and analysis, the ability to design,
prototype and test RF PCB circuits, and the desire to work in a hands-on
laboratory environment. Experiences with EM analysis and design software
such as ADS would be a plus. Candidates in a Ph.D. program in electrical
engineering and related fields are encouraged to apply.
