Position Title: Postdoctoral Fellow
Job Location: Baltimore, Maryland 21218, United States
The Photonics and Optoelectronics Laboratory at the Johns Hopkins University
is seeking outstanding candidates for a post-doctoral position in the area
of biophotonics. The successful applicant will work on the development and
application of high resolution, ultrafast optical coherence tomography for
intraocular surgical guidance and imaging applications. Candidates must hold
a PhD degree by July 1 2011. Candidates with strong experimental background
in optical coherence tomography with ophthalmic and ocular applications are
preferred. Candidates should have a strong foundation in optical
engineering, imaging, and mathematical methods. In addition, candidates
should be experienced in computer programming and instrumentations.
