不过我找到了一个新的full time的permanent的工作,现在要辞职,
我找了当时和现在公司签得合同,上面没有写明任何规定说离职要
提前多久说。我在的公司是local的小公司,老板很hash,目前,
我这里参加的一个项目我是leading developer(这种小公司一个
人当三个使,什么都是自己干自己倒腾),我觉得这时候提出辞职,
我老板会不会不让我走啊!要么我怕走的很不开心。。。本人脸皮
确实薄啊!!!! 关键是新公司要background check,我没有提
我在当前公司contract的工作的经历,这样OK吗? 另外,他们要
的急,要我尽快过去,请问,我要怎么和现在的公司说辞职的事情,
要是说的话,一般是提前多久说呢? |

调查,请问我事先离职对背景调查没伤害吧,不过我没有把我当前的contract的工作写
到简历里,因为才开始不久。这样有关系吗? |
J**9 发帖数: 835 | 4 In that case, background check won't check your current job since you did not mention it. It does not hurt anything.
Background check does not contact your current employer directly either, but they
will ask proof from yourself: recent paystubs will be enough.
You quit *only after* your offer is all settled (and you are happy to take
it).
Or you can choose to play it ugly: quit on Friday simply telling your boss
that you won't come next Monday.
Now you know how to do it. :-) |

both sides.
In your case, your boss will not be happy either way. |
