八糟的。11/hour.从现在开始到明年五月毕业一直做。每周20小时，算是为自费且家境
不富裕的俺来点收入。而且这个岗位也不像做图书馆那种没技术含量。
然后狗血了。我忽然收到了让我凌乱的邮件，面试过我的一个叫guthy renker的公司给我暑
假intern了。但是那在santa monica啊。我在加州举目无亲啊。为这个10/hour的
intern还要自己掏钱租房。

其实我是个弱校financial engineering专业的。但是专业对口的quant实习找不到。就
瞎找了别的，finance，accounting的投了一堆。
现在不知道选哪个了。在线等大家建议。
1.关于guthy renker。job description如下（二楼有更新）
We will be hiring 6 to 8 currently enrolled, full-time college students, who
have completed a minimum 1 year of college and who are going back to school
in the Fall.
Guthy|Renker is a direct response marketing company. We solve business
problems using the sophisticated methods and the appropriate technologies in
analytics and generate innovative marketing ideas.
电话面试的时候问了我一个问题，有四种advertising方式，分析他们分别对营业额的
贡献。然后我回答这里四个x一个y建立regression model但是四个自变量之间
multilinearity，胡乱诌了几句要用eviews啊我很会用啊云云
他家好像可以sponsor H1B~~~但是不知道做了intern之后给full time的机会是多大~
毕竟我人在纽约。
2. 关于本校的intern。
TITLE: Graduate Billing Specialist
本校intern偏重personal skill。multi-task。
管理一下外面有机构来学校办活动的时候那些帐，管account receivable，另外协调他
们reservation啥啥的。
办公室的头儿都不在的时候要负责管理小本。有时候还有market research的project。
事儿比较多。但好在是本校的。不用费时间在路上。
现在问题是我不知道自己能否坚持住一年。每周20个小时。（其实如果不做part-time
的话可能这20个小时也就在豆瓣，mitbbs上面晃过去了呢~~）

公司的人回复我关于工作都干点啥的问题：
- P&L analyses of marketing efforts including direct response and retail channels
- Analysis of correlation between advertising spend in several direct response channels and sales
- Revision of budget templates
- Assisting with preparation of monthly reporting
All analysis will be done in Excel
我还问将来full time可能大吗？他这么回复：
When we do have openings, we do , of course, consider if the interns who have worked for us would be a good fit, and we have had a few interns come to work for us full time after they finished college. However, there is no guarantee of full time employment.
