I am looking for an outstanding performer for a Philadelphia
pharmaceutical company. This company has the feel and energy of a
startup but is well-capitalized from a buy-out by a major
biopharmaceutical company.
This is an opportunity to participate in developing the Technical Field
Support organization with tremendous potential for advancement to a
management position as the company grows.

Location: Philadelphia, PA (relo available)
Salary: $60-100k range
Description:
• Become fully conversant in company manufacturing and analytical
procedures
• Visit contract manufacturing organizations to assist with
troubleshooting technical problems in the manufacture and testing of
products
• Review execution of production and testing of company products
for compliance with procedures and specifications
• Write standard operating procedures and technical reviews
• Train CMO personnel and troubleshoot technical problems
Requirements:
• B.S. in Science or Engineering (advanced degree preferable)
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical industry
• 2+ years in radiopharmaceutical synthesis (desirable not
required)
• Understanding of cGMPs
• Strong desire to work independently, but in a highly focused
manner
• Superior organizational skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills (e.g. Excel, Project, Access)
• Must be willing and able to travel within the US 90% of the time
