unless you have negotiated with them before you accept your offer,
otherwise, need to fulfill all below requirements before they would kick-
off any process:
1. >= SDE II
2. working >= 6 months
3. Satisfactory performance (usually mean above average in your team)
4. get approval from your manager as well as director/VP
the process is not automatic.
you need to ask your manager and director/VP to sign a form to kick it
off.
you can pay $1000 on your own to do premium process |
