I found some nice post from job board websites and sent them my resume. It
turned out they are not hiring employment - they are HELPING YOU to find a
job! Who are they?
Their names are usually like XXXX Staffing, or XXXX Human Capital, etc. Are
they real recruiters or just some firms trying to get money from you and
employer without doing anything good?
Any idea?
I am totally confused by those different people! |

staffing公司，他们雇用的人（多半是contractor）直接送到客户那里，project都由
客户安排，除了人事关系不是客户的，其实就像是客户的人一样。有些staffing派出去
的人甚至可以在客户那里做五六年。而且身份也由客户负责sponsor. |

So you are saying they are sort of employer for me, right? I should go to
the interview next week, even though they look like a XXX Staffing Firm,
instead of a real company, shouldn't I ?

这一行，staffing没什么不好。我现在的公司一大堆老印都staffing做了很多年了。关
键是要问好身份谁办。 |

is not that bad to work for a staffing company, right? :)
