In my case, from I signed the offer until I got the my H1B transfer(PP)
receipt, it took 20 days(LCA 7 Business day)
So for safe, 最好和旧公司商量下再给一周.
By the way, what is the day for your last paycheck | l*****2

H1b transferring from my new company HR yet after I mailed the offer letter,
so worried.
