454 | 2 Do you currently have unrestricted employment authorization that will allow
you to work with any employer in the U.S.? (For example, if you have non-
immigrant status E, F, H., J, L, or TN, then your answer to this question
should be NO). | G**7 发帖数: 391 | 3 They may want to know your status. This doesn't mean that they are not
doing sponsorship. | S**I 发帖数: 15689 | 4 The company sponsored H-1B in the past doesn't mean it will also sponsor H-
1B now; also, the position may need export license for foreign workers and
the company doesn't want to spend extra time and money to apply for it.

This was mentioned in an email I communicated with the hiring manager, where
it says,
"One piece of information that might help is whether you have the legal,
unrestricted right to work in the U.S. If you do, that should be stated
prominently in your resume. Lacking this right can be a serious obstacle to
working in many groups within XXX..".
Does this mean they are not going to do sponsorship for international
students?
How should I response to this email? |
