我朋友公司现有两个空缺,急需招双语种会说中英文的会计和高级行政助理。
公司是做食品批发,有一定规模。美国总部有60-70人。现在中国成立分公司。所招职
位工作地点均在休士顿。

Accountant
A well-established, fast-paced food distribution company needs an
experienced bilingual (English/Mandarin) accountant.
The main functions include but are not limited to
1.Compare and verify invoices with purchase order to ensure that account
payable are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
2.Handle rebate program or commission for vendors or customers
3.Responsible for the accuracy and timely processing of weekly cheque
printing
4.maintain up-to-date billing system
5.follow up, collection and monitoring customer account details for non
payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
6.maintain customer and vendors files
7.follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
8.investigate and resolve customer queries
9.Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts
Minimum Qualifications:
1.Must be very detail-oriented
2.Master degree in accounting is requirement
3.Work experience in accounting preferred
4.Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
5.Strong ability to handle multi-task and stress under deadline

Administrative and Executive Assistant
A well-established, international export/import company needs an experienced
bilingual executive assistant.
The job functions include but are not limited to:
1.Monitor and coordinate the daily operation of assigned project or program
areas; Perform administrative detail work and maintain appropriate records.
2.Knowledge about export documentation rules and regulations
3.Prepare and manage letter of credit
4.Monitor outgoing shipments, tracking shipments dispatched, preparing
documents and informing relevant people
5.Interact with oversea clients and vendors for various events
6.Monitor and assist with maintenance of the organization’s website.
7.Other duties as assigned by Executive Director
Minimum Qualifications:
1.Must be very detail-oriented
2.Master Degree in information system or any area regarding finance is
requirement
3.Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin
4.At least three (3) years experience in general office responsibilities and
procedures
5.Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of bookkeeping
6.Experience with Import/Import
7.Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
8.Good computer skill
9.Ability to handle multi-task and stress under deadline
