8.11(Thursday), HR called me;
8.12(Friday), phone interview with an manager, 30min;
8.16(Tuesday) on site interview;
见了三个managers, and they all said they were hiring managers(they all have
one opening at their own team).
After interview, the HR told me that he would give me feedback pretty soon,
but I did not receive any feedback from HR.
Today, I sent HR an email to ask whether he had reached a decision: Below is
his reply:
"XXX;
We are still interviewing other candidates at this time, but I did receive
favorable feedback from your interviewees. I will keep you informed as we
move through our recruitment process. "
What does he mean? This is my dream job position. 有多大把握拿到这个位置.

你的希望取决于后面人是不是比你好，另外还取决于他们有多急迫要人去干活儿。
