电子邮件给我,说我和 hiring manager谈完后,要和他谈关于"HR"的事情,比如
compensation, benefit等。
请问这种HR的谈话是不是只是例行公事呢?这只是第一次电面,我进不进的了下一轮还
不一定呢!我是不是应该保守一些,问我expected salary, 说 I am sure you have a
standard salary, as long as you provide me the standard compensation, I will
be happy....
这个时候是不是不能给具体的数字呀?等进了最后一轮面试,再谈呀?
最近和自己相关的职位不多,投的简历大部分没有任何回音。我准备只要差不多的
offer就跳了。我是博后,这个职位招MS or PHD,我要是要的比MS的高太多,是不是机
会就更小了?

flexible. You like the opportunity because it fits for your long term career
goal and growth opportunity..... She just wants to see if your salary
expectation falls to her budget. The other way if you don't want to reveal
your expectation first would be : I am flexible, what is your salary range
