上了礼拜在NSC申请OPT加急，今天收到一封信说：“...Documentation submitted at
the time of application meets the requirements for expedite processing. You
should receive a decision within 2-3 weeks...”
我想能否加急还得等2-3个礼拜才能知道吧？实际上需要等多长时间呢？加急被批准后
还得等多长时间才能把EAD卡拿到手？请有经验的多说说，谢谢。
