发帖数: 391 | 1 One university called and said they were going to give me an offer. That is
without onsite. I agreed. Then they told me that they were discussing next
year's budget. During this time, another university reached me and issued an
official letter. I accepted.
A few days later, the first university called again and said about their
budget approved. Today, their HR called. I think that is about offer. I am
going to turn it down.
Does this hurt my RP?
