"If you are not in SEVIS because you have changed your status, you should
update your address with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) by
completing the AR-11 and sending directly to DHS."
我想知道 Does OPT to H1B (no green card yet) mean status changed? Am I still
in SEVIS? thanks
