"This offer is contingent upon the successful completion of the background
screening process and references. In addition, we will require proof of
successful completion of your doctorate degree."
这是第一份工作，有些地方不太懂，向大家咨询几个问题：
1. 这个'background screening process' 会核查些什么内容？有哪些因素可能会导致
不好的结果？
2. 公司提供relocation assistance($7000)，他们合作的一个搬家公司帮我搬，但作
为一个学生，我的家当总共也没多少钱，还不如扔了，去那边买新的。可不可以要求公
司给我现金，我自己搬？

verification,references等。很多公司还会包括一个drug screen.
搬家问公司，有些会同时有这两种选择。
