company 2-week in advance, on Dec 29th. Since I just work for current
company for 5 months, I will do the repayment of relocation fee to current
company. But if after I inform current company I would resign on Jan 12, the
company kicked me out immediately, do I still need pay the relocation fee
back? Sounds I was fired in that situation.

refund of the relocation allowance, etc.Be professional.
If your company is professional, it will not "fire" you at this time.

as agreement, the agreement is at-will one. It is said they can fire me with
no reason.Just like you side, I try to be professional. I hope they are
professional too. Kindly worry about 2-week without job may cause additional
trouble.
By the way, do I need tell my current company my next job? Thanks.
