need pay back the 2500$ as following part of offer letter. Accord to the
sentences, do I need pay back the Hotel money, the Company rent a hotel 4000
$/month, 80% of my month salary, finally the company extended the hotel for
some days more, shared the rent with me at ratio 2:1. The company asked me
pay back the 2500$ plus 6300$ for Hotel, is it reasonable? If I refuse to
pay the Hotel fee, what the company will do?

In addition to the foregoing, the Company will provide you with a one-time
relocation payment of $2,500.00, which will be paid in the first paycheck
subsequent to your start date. It is your responsibility to properly account
for this amount in your 2011 Federal Income Tax Return. Additionally, the
company will provide you with temporary housing in reasonable accommodations
for a period of up to 30 days from your effective start date. In the event
that your employment is voluntarily terminated at the Company within one
year of your start date, you will be required to reimburse the Company in
full of the relocation amount. |
