上次release engineer没招到，现在又要招senior java developer了。
条件如下，有意请PM.如果有兴趣release engineer的职位也欢迎。
Job Duties include:
· Design, develop and maintain software applications using state-of
-the-art tools and technologies
· Research, recommend and implement new technologies, tools and
frameworks that can help enhance product capabilities, improve product
quality and team productivity
· Develop code modules across all tiers including Flex/HTML based
front-end, Java middle tier and Oracle database back-end
· Perform thorough unit testing of developed modules and develop
automation tests that can help speed up future regression
· Follow standard application development standards and best
practices as well as those tailored to the SuccessFactors development
environment
· Actively participate in contributing to the SuccessFactors
internal knowledgebase through Wikis, Forums and other collaboration
mechanisms
· Perform code reviews of peers to ensure compliance with
SuccessFactors standards and best practices
· Works under immediate supervision
· Primary job functions do not typically require exercising
independent judgment
· Typically reports to a senior/lead engineer or manager
Required Qualifications:
· 5 years of overall software development experience, 2+ years in
Java (or 1+ years and a Masters degree)
· Very good understanding of Core Java concepts and principles
· Expert in front-end technologies including HTML, DHTML, CSS, JSP
and JavaScript
· Good understanding of Java EE Web Application Technologies
including JSP, Servlet, Struts, Spring, JMS and JDBC
· Working knowledge of OOAD, UML, design patterns and software
development life cycle
· Working knowledge of one more of the following market-leading
application servers/web containers: Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere or JBoss
· Prefer working experience using Adobe Flex components
· Good understanding of SQL and familiar with Oracle 10g/11g or
other major databases like SQL Server and DB2
· Working knowledge on XML, DTD/Schema, SAX/DOM and Java
programming with XML
· Experience working in an Agile development environment,
preferably SCRUM
· Familiar with tools like Subversion, Eclipse, FindBugs etc
· Enthusiastic, reliable individual with excellent communication
and interpersonal skills
· B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent required; Master’s Degree
