I understand and will present to the team, but please know that we just
completed two other rounds of hiring and we must in comparison ratio be
within the range of those offers as well, given experience for the role and
justification. I would expect this will be the answer that comes from xx
and I probably will not know until sometime tomorrow and then it will have
to go through an additional approval process for presentation.
I will get back to you with the review of salary consideration and in hopes
they do not decide to move forward with another candidate.

个信过去问问，态度稍微软一些。说如果加薪不成的话，你其实也愿意接受这个offer
，然后夸奖一下对方公司， 从location啊，nice的同事啊，然后position match之类
的。然后说钱不是你选择公司的唯一标准。 |
