我现在在换工作，有一医院给我offer'，是reserch statistician, 给你数据自己做
analysis ，同时提供consult Doesn't Mean Anything ing,是 local, 但工资比较低
，不到900k，没有bonus， Aat most 2% growth..这个工资还是讨价还价好几次后给的
，说前面走的一个新加坡博士才730k. Will be the only stst phd of the group.
The group has several biology phd, md,two data management, and one stst
master.. 要求发文章。但是是consulting paper.
我同时有其他几个面试，比较大的药厂，但不是local，工资肯定要高至少一万，
不知道如果医院上班的话，以后再换工作好不好换。也不知道会不会以后就只能做类似
工作，并且工太低，怕影响将来发展。
大的药厂的话，不一定一定给offer,并且3.2 小时的车程。但肯定有更好的发展前景。
Local再找的话，很多小公司不同意办h1b。又不愿一直处于找工作。 | B******5

But you can keep this one as the backup. How about deferring this offer
until you get another interview result?
By the way, could we know your location? (State)? Do you think the Job
Market is good for Statistics over there?

in the local offer.
Always think maybe I finally can get a better job offer than this, which
will have better career development.
The job market of my local state is not so good for me because most are
small companies, most of which doesn't support H1B.
