找人内推的。居然简历关就被拒了。。
找别人重投会有问题么？毕竟连面都没面，就会上黑名单么？
或者换个职位比如改投intern？

某些公司onsite的6个月限制主要是出于招聘成本的考虑，避免重复面试一个不合格选
手。而简历关没有这个问题。
简历被拒就是说对方看了你的简历没有引起兴趣，丝毫不影响另一个组对你有兴趣。
需要注意的是，不要让对方公司拿到你两个版本相互矛盾的简历，改动时要慎重。 |
