昨天面的bb,可能因为是非cs专业，entry level。所以很短就两个小时。先是两个
senior，然后manager，然后hr。
两个senior里一个是华人，一个是个感觉像东欧裔的ppmm，都很年轻。问的都是最简单
的问题。brain teaser是两个鸡蛋的问题。我跟他们说这题太俗了，但是他们好像没准
备其他题，所以有大概说了一下答案。感觉我英语退步了。。。
然后manager过来之后没有technical的问题。问我why programming? 我说我喜欢
programming啊，我专业计算数学就是用计算机解决问题，我经常编程。。。他居然一
次也没点头。我说我平时自己用flash做game，一般人这时候都会至少假装点个头，笑
一下，他还是没反应。一再问还有什么原因（证据证明我喜欢编程）。我特别不想说喜
欢逻辑思维啥的，就没说。一直不知道他要的point是什么。然后我问他我回答了你的
问题了吗？不记得他怎么回答的了，反正是no。
然后问什么finance.我说我同学都搞这个。我想用学的知识做有用的事情，to make
money。还有blabla...又没有convince他。。。
然后 为什么不是别的公司，比如高盛。。。 我心想 如果由高盛offer的话。。。我当
时说，我比较喜欢programming，而且提供信息的公司比较stable，不像IB有时赚钱有
时赔钱。他好像有点同意，但是又没有完全convince他。
他还让我举了以前觉得遇到挫折的一个经历，还有举一个需要meet deadline的例子。
他对我的答案也不是很满意。
我觉得他应该是中午刚吃完饭，或者正准备吃饭。感觉跟我没啥chemistry...（人还是
很nice的）
然后他让我问问题。我先问了几个和职位有关的问题。然后近于巴结的问您是manager
吧？怎么样才能从一个普通worker变成mananger呢？
他就说了一堆。。。关键字是要逐渐的把兴趣转移到人际关系上。
我又问如果你遇到有deadline，你的group完不成的话怎么办呢？
又说了好多。。。很有启发的是，先要看这个deadline是soft 还是hard。 如果是soft
如何如何做。我问如果是hard的呢？他说要增派人手，调整计划，加班（大概是这样记
不清了）总之一定要保证完成。我觉得果然有经验的人就是不一样啊!又学到了：）
然后他又介绍bb如何不bueaucracy。如果你有enthusiasm，就会有reward。而不是看工
龄。滔滔不绝，神采奕奕。sigh,我当时走神了。。。 然后他突然讲完了，突然停住了
，看着我。我不知道该说啥只说了“cool。。。”他也是仍然很激动的问我还有啥问题
。我想了一下，想不出来，就说“not now” 估计他就很郁闷了。
之后hr的人来，都没有问我问题，就问我有没有问题问她。我想这下又黄了。。。 ：）
总的来说，bb的人都很nice啊 哈哈！techical的部分觉得回答的perfect了，因为实在
太容易了。如果要挂的话就是behavior question的部分。 而且最近都没怎么说英语，
回答问题都是乱七八糟的，要挂就认命了。sigh~
不过，有人知道上面那些behavior的题，他们到底要问什么答案啊？

Also, I hate myself for forgeting to have mentioned nice things I heard

Btw, I just asked the hr to give me the emails of the interviewers to send
thank-you letters to them. The hr said.... " Please send the notes directly
to me, and I will ensure that they receive them.".... I don't even remember

不人道。 最近他们开始说是要performance top 30%才给资助。 这说明什么。 一般
人工作时间肯恩更要有9小时，不包括午饭，如果要达到top performance，估计就是昏
天黑地的卖命了。 据LD说， 刚毕业的学生， 要办绿卡的， 经常晚上9，10才下班。
而且这种薪水不可能住在城里上班方便的地方。。。。。。最后你工钱除以上班时间+路上时间， 可能就是个graduate student水平， 呵呵。。。。
好处是， 公司很稳定，医疗很好， 自己不用出一分钱， 20天年修。 其他没有觉得什

That's not true, BB has the best GC sponsor among finance companies. most of
the chinese I know got sponsored eb2 in the first year while in GS you need

Looks nobody address your questions. I am not in CS field, but here are my
suggestions.
When he asked you why programming. Do not just focus on your interest, you
could also link it to your training and background, this way you give
yourself a chance to show off your strength in programming.
When he asked why not financing. Once a computer major go into financing,
you are specialize in that field only. A computer science person could go to
financing at any time but not vice versa. Or simply say you do not like financing. You are more interested in (what the interview company is doing). This was told by a friend.
A general question to ask HR is how you motivate your employee. Your
promotion system.
Do some homework, there are a lot information on the web teaching you how to
handle behavior questions.
