发帖数: 10 | 1 最近正在研究H1-b transfer时回国的事情，计划6月离职后回国待到8月再去新公司上
班。在板上和网上找了n多帖子，貌似都是不推荐回国。但是最近和新公司律师联系，
他们提出可以consular notify，只要有valid H1-b visa就行（原公司的），具体说明
如下：
Consular notify only means that you need to travel internationally to "
activate" your H-1B status - so that you must enter pursuant to the H-1B
approval notice for Zynga. We will file the H-1B transfer petition on your
behalf in the coming weeks. Once it is approved, we will then forward to you
in China the original approval notice for the Zynga H-1B, and you will use
this approval notice upon your re-entry to the United States in August.
As noted above, we will be filing this petition in the coming weeks, and the
approval will follow in the weeks thereafter. You need not have this
approval when you leave, so you can leave the US at any time. You will need
the approval to return to the US in August. We will forward to you ASAP once
approved, we will also confirm once filed.
这样的话貌似连transfer都不用等，可以直接回国。这个东西还是第一次听说，不知道
稳不稳，拜托知道的朋友来解答下~ 也让和我有同样疑虑的人了解下。。。
