公司吹的很NB, 版上有人说这公司不错，很值得去。 我问了一下，目前主要就是2个大
方向 一个是financial data analysis, 一个是 government data analysis |

就是讲算法. 最后一个稍微究结了一下,要用DP, 且从没见过，不过那小印还不错,给了
点提示,最后feedback是positive. |

onsite倒是要自求多福了，搜一下我本人的面经，从1面到onsite都有。
公司环境不错，我只看到finacial analysis那部分的工作环境，典型的startup布置，
每个人又独立的工作区域，没有cubic；免费提供三餐，公司内有浴室。曾经有个牛人2
个月没出过那栋楼。。。
拿不到offer，谈公司好坏都是扯淡。这公司起码值得去面一回。。。 |

不值，除非特别相信他们公司。感觉就是应该没有拿到太多投资，主要还是靠吹公司前景
来吸引人才。

I understand there's all this "passion" issue and whatnot, but money is
definitely important, and $127k/year is very low for a software engineer in
the Silicon Valley who has multiple years of experience. Do they make it up
with bonuses and stock options? Also, even if people were that passionate
about the mission, there's no reason another company cannot offer a mission/
product that strikes similar amount of passion in that engineer right?Edit

There is no cap on equity grants and bonuses. In fact, the intent of any
salary cap is to keep us focused on offering higher equity packages to
compensate people in a way that reflects the value and growth they will
create as part of Palantir. Our equity packages are, IMO, very attractive.
That said, Palantir is not really a company you come work for because of a
short term < or > comparison. We're looking for people motivated and
passionate about the mission -- organize and synthesize data to solve
incredibly hard problems and change the world.
Finally, Palantir is not a dogmatic, rule-based organization. The things we
're interested in in prospective employees are talent, passion and
motivation -- if they are present and an arbitrary policy* presents an
obstacle, then we'll figure out a solution.

所以Twitter的工资就给的大方。虽然Twitter也是在烧钱。
工资cap在127k, 我觉得还是很难吸引牛人的。他们公司做的东西看上
去也都很虚，没什么特别的产品idea, 上市感觉还遥遥无期。
