包括了,里面也没说地点范围。这是怎么回事,正常吗?到时候如果laid off了,这个
要求还在吗?如果跳槽,是不是就得在另外行业找工作了?
谢谢 | J**********D 发帖数: 160 | 2 I signed the same clause four years ago with a consulting firm, still lots
of my colleagues worked with a client then stayed as perm employee, they
couldn't do anything about it. It's said to be unenforceable, just meant to
threaten you. I just changed my job, before I left the owner emailed me to
remind me of the non compete clause, I told this to my current supervisor,
he said it just meant if you leave the current client you are not allowed to
come back to solicit business with them. And he brought the question to
lawyers they all laughed.
I did have concern because there was another company who said one of my
colleague jumped ship and my (ex)-company threatened to sue him, which gave
me pause. But I guess you can just ignore it, it's said judges tend to favor
employees in these cases, you can't rob people of the means to make a
living.
Also, it depends on which state you live in, I heard in California, these
suits do not hold water so it's very easy to change jobs between tech
companies in CA.
Hope this helps and good luck. | r********g 发帖数: 868 | 3 多谢

加州不认这个。但东部金融公司很常见。
