我本人MS+两年工作经验，打算冲击下Senior,95K base, bonus,RSU啥的average就行，
你们觉得是个合理的定位吗？
negotiate是不是等正式offer下来后，电话跟HR谈呢（or email?），大家negotiate到
最终accept大概需要多久，谢谢！ |

发帖数: 15 | 9 是senior，还是95K比较困难？其实我觉得主要还是看base，如果不能拿到senior 把
base弄上90K+也算满意了吧
还有一般negotiate都是打电话还是用email。感觉email会很慢。。。 |

suppose a master and a phd, a phd has 20k more base than a master when they
are both fresh graduates.
Three years later when the phd graduates, the master had at least earned 90k
for three years, and the base may increase a little bit.
After tax, the difference is not much at all between a phd and a master's
base. They both need salary to buy the house, which may be above 600k.
There is no much difference if they main income are salary. Unluckily, most
ppl only earn salary.
