2， 最好 本科 + 5 yrs 相关领域工作经验 or 硕士 + 2 yrs (phd就over qualified

3, 将在我们的美国工厂训练实习工作一段时间 （给办H1B), 然后回中国工作
4，应工作需要能够在中美之间飞来飞去
