标 题: 请PERM的大拿们紧急帮忙，和公司negotiate中

拿到一个offer，说愿意考虑绿卡申请:
XXX will consider greencard sponsorship, but we will require a repayment
agreement between XXX and yourself. The repayment agreement would
require that you continue with XXX for one year following receipt of the
greencard. If you do not stay with XXX, then XXX will ask for
repayment of the costs of the greencard process that can be legally assumed
by the employee.
可是这个对中国人不太现实吧？按现在的排期，等拿到绿卡receipt都好几年了。总不
能那个时候还要还申请费用吧。
应该怎么谈呢？ |
